LOCATION DESCRIPTION
A beautiful University City block, the 4500 block of Kingsessing Avenue is a quiet street lined with trees and has large houses. A number of nice gardens and landscaping line the street as well. Two blocks from Baltimore Avenue where the #34 trolley runs, or one block from Woodland Avenue where both the #11 and #36 trolleys run, and any one of these trolleys can have you downtown very quickly. Beautiful Clark Park is at the end of the block, and is a hub of community activity. The Kingsessing Recreation area is a few short blocks away as well. There are many different shops and restaurants within a few short blocks as well.
